Ms. Sanders is Owner and Founder of the Geneva Foundation located in Vicksburg MS. The Geneva Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. The company’s mission statement is “Planting seeds today for a better tomorrow.” Since 2016, the foundation has hosted multiple speaking engagements and forums regarding financial grown and responsibility, wealth, education, business management, and self-awareness. The foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals and uplifting the community which in return will change the world. In her earlier years, Her Care and concern for others landed her certification in the health field of nursing, and currently in Mental Health Services, Certification in the following areas: “Recognizing & Responding to Child Abuse and Neglect”, “Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children”, “Bystanders Protecting Children from Boundary Violations & Sexual Abuse”, “Healthy Touch for Children and Youth”, and “Talking with Children about Safety from Sexual Abuse”. Ms. Kolean Sanders is the instructor for her newly established project, “"Where There is Darkness There will be Light", a workshop series raising awareness about sexual and physical abuse of women and children. She is the instructor in Grenada, MS for a 12-week training course where attendants are gaining knowledge about the nine forms of abuse as well as how to transform from being a victim to becoming victorious. Her Motto, “Planting Seeds today for a better tomorrow” a motto inspired by her mother, Geneva Williams. Ms. Sanders retired from over 20 years of successful insurance sales in 1999. In March of 2000, came out of retired. She is Owner and Co-Founder of SanJo Security Services. She was the first Minority/woman owned ADT Authority Dealership for the State of Mississippi, Arkansas, and the State of Louisiana. As a government contractor, Ms. Kolean Sanders was the first Minority to provide Security Guard Services for the Army of Corp of Engineers in Mississippi, Louisiana, and regions throughout the State of Arkansas. She is the first Minority to provide Guard Services in Seagoville, TX, and NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) is the first Minority Woman Owned Business to provide Lawn Care Services at the Meridian, Mississippi Naval Air Station. Ms. Kolean Sanders is the first Minority-woman owned Business to be awarded the government food service contract for Camp Shelby serving over 110,200 meals in a two-week period, with more than 450 employees on one contract. Ms. Kolean Sanders is owner and founder of Cellular Network Center, which is a technology company located in Jackson, Mississippi.
Samuel has 15 years of experience implementing advanced technology system solutions specializing in communication architecture and infrastructure design (e.g. fiber optic networks, wireless networks, structured cable), advanced technology systems integration and public safety initiatives. He has designed several large-scale fiber optic and wireless communications networks utilized to support the integration of various IoT sensors and architected security technology solutions across various verticals (e.g. airports, seaports, municipal buildings, critical infrastructure).
As a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), Samuel is recognized by the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) community as a certified designer of communication networks for both Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) design initiatives.
His expertise in the implementation of Intelligent Mobility projects, large-scale telecommunication infrastructure and network architecture design, cybersecurity resiliency, and advanced technology system integration is paired with the understanding that technology is a tool to be used to improve the quality of life of those it touches within communities.

George is a distinguished war veteran trained at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is also a law graduate graduated at the Howard University School of Law. George holds a divers and expansive entrepreneurial background. Co-founder of a sports management firm representing over 43 professional athletes in the NFL and NBA.
Additionally, during his tenure as CEO of Integrated Health Services, managed a team of Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Trauma Certified Therapists, ensuring the provision of compassionate and specialized care as well as oversee daily operations and service delivery towards their recovery. George Currently in CEO and Founder of Douglass Stuart LLC, a Veteran owned MBE/SWaM/DBE that specializes in the development and delivery of cost-effective business process outsourcing strategies for government agencies and major corporations.
Aaron obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University. For the past 25 years, Aaron has focused his career on representing clients in the construction and infrastructure industry as both a lawyer and a risk manager. As a Partner at the national law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP, Aaron specialized in the representation of municipalities, owners, developers, contractors, and sub-contractors in all aspects of construction litigation in state and federal courts in New York. As the Director of Risk Management for the New York Region at Turner Construction Company, Aaron was responsible for leading the New York Risk Management Department regarding insurance procurement, risk mitigation and loss control, and claims and litigation management. He was also a member of Turner’s New York Safety Steering Committee. Aaron also received his Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS®) designation from the International Risk Management Institute. He is a frequent lecturer concerning topics involving construction litigation, safety, and risk management. He also attends industry conferences, as well as legislative meetings and lobbying days regarding various issues impacting construction and infrastructure in New York.
