IFP’s annual “Building Dreams Challenge” will enable companies, in exchange for a donation, to participate in a competition to implement the most innovative ideas.

IFP will work with all infrastructure suppliers of construction material and subcontracting services to promote the IFP supply chain and vendor community.
IFP offers consulting services to companies who seek to streamline and implement a qualified TSI workforce program.

IFP is in process of becoming a member of twenty construction, transportation and infrastructure trade associations. IFP will have a top-level sponsorship of each.
International companies have specific needs, IFP will support foreign companies set a foothold in the US market addressing special needs.
TSI Communities are built around specific building projects. IFP will open a local workspace at each project location. Private and collocated office-space, and networking events, and representation is available to all donors for free.

IFP’s cultivated network of trade schools and communities’ schools will be accessible to all members for a fee. IFP connects and negotiates on behalf of our donors.
IFP will work with all infrastructure suppliers of construction material and subcontracting services to promote the IFP supply chain and vendor community. Vendors will be promoted to general contractors, consortiums managers, owners and developers. TSI qualified suppliers donate a fee scaled to the size of their business.
IFP offers consulting services to companies who seek to streamline and implement a qualified TSI workforce program. IFP will assign experts to developers and owners, assuring TSI certification are administered optimally and on time.
IFP offers events and workshops to all developers, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors, architects, and engineering firms. The events will not only improve employee skills, they will also provide sponsors with the opportunity to network with potential partners and clients.
IFP is in process of becoming a member of twenty construction, transportation and infrastructure trade associations. IFP will have a top-level sponsorship of each. IFP will create our Trade Representation service. Sponsors who join the service will be promoted at all IFP booths, trade talks, panel presentations, and other events. They will also be invited to these events, enabling them to engage with their client base free of cost.

The selection committee will be comprised of celebrities, White House administration and federal government and industry experts. The winners will be rewarded at the annual gala. A media release on the winners of the Challenge will be distributed to all major news outlets.

IFP sponsors will have access to the IFP local community network comprised of local education institutions, trade schools, local experts and advisors, local subcontractors and DBEs, MBEs and local vendor community and local public administrations.
International companies have specific needs, IFP will support foreign companies set a foothold in the US market addressing special needs. This focus requires a versatile and custom configuration across IFP “Building Dreams Community Services”.
